社会科教育に関する英文編著書を出版しました

金鍾成助教は、米国の社会科教育の研究者と協力し、2019年7月に英文の編著書「Design research in social studies education: Critical lessons from an emerging field(by Beth C. Rubin, Eric B. Freedman, and Jongsung Kim)」(Routledge)を出版しました。本書では,いくら良い授業案や単元が開発されても,教室空間での授業はそれとは異なる特徴があるという簡単な発想にもとづくDesign-based Research (DBR)という方法論に基づき,教室空間の文脈性に注目して理論と実践を積極的につないでいます。社会科教育におけるDBRの可能性を様々な事例をとおして紹介する本書は、日本の社会科教育の開発研究やアクションリサーチを問い直すきっかけを提供します。目次は以下の通りです。
